A highly desirable Moorcroft “Grapevine” vase issued exclusively for the 1987 Moorcroft Collectors Club. Designed by Walter Moorcroft, this elegant example is in the classic Shape 393 and stands approximately 19cm (7½”) high. The decoration features the celebrated Grapevine trailing vine pattern, with rich clusters of grapes and flowing foliage rendered in vibrant glazes against a deep ground. Collectors will particularly appreciate that the MCC87 marking is fully tubelined as part of the design, seamlessly integrated into the trailing vine motif. The vase carries the special Moorcroft Collectors Club backstamp to the base, confirming its limited club-only issue. In excellent condition with no damage or restoration noted.
