Pair of Art Deco solid 9ct Gold Airplane Cufflinks and Matching Tie Tac. Excellent condition and fine detail, with Tie Tac even having propellers. The wing markings to the Cufflink planes are British and therefore believed to represent Spitfire aircraft. The full British Hallmarks are clear to rear of both Cufflink Bars, with 375 confirming the Gold quality of 9ct Standards, and also an Anchor, representing Birmingham origin. The Tie Tac rear grip piece does not hold, but a working alternative will be included with the set, so it can be kept complete as original. Circa 1940’s. U.K..
