This pirate style cutlass features a tempered, high carbon steel blade with the traditional brass cup guard (brass didn’t rust at sea). The full guard and shorter blade were preferred in close quarter ship combat. The grip is made of hardwood and is capped off with a brass pommel. Includes leather scabbard with brass accents.
