Windlass CSA cavalry officers saber Absolutely love this sword, got it as a Christmas gift almost 10 years ago from my father, and my brother received the Union 1850 Staff and Field Officers Saber, which I acquired from him a few years later. He ordered both directly from Windlass. Both of these sabers are PEENED and solid as a rock. They look like the day I received them after all these years. I would recommend any of the seven Windlass Civil War sabers (including naval cutlass) in a heartbeat. My ONLY complaint is the sharpening service is only available on 2 of the sabers. 5 stars easy!!!
