When I get munitions grade products, I temper my expectations accordingly — It has been several days now and I’m still trying to find the flaw that landed it munitions grade. Pros: -Exceptionally durable. Might as well be made of adamantium. I used it for seriously heavy duty yard work, including clearing entangled dead wood branches, and the edge was completely unaffected. I got a small chip off the edge only when I hit a well hidden rock while overswinging (something I try to avoid); The rock took more damage. -Scares superstitious people away -Surprisingly nimble despite being front heavy; Easy to use in one hand, yet it leaves just enough real estate on the handle to use two handed effectively. -Has a scabbard that exists -Absorbs your soul for additional unholy damage Cons: -Scabbard has a lot of buttons that make it annoying to sheath and unsheathe. Would be better if it had two large buckles instead of a bunch of tiny snap points. Unsheathing isn’t too bad, but sheathing is very annoying, with the buckles recoiling back asking to be sliced off as I try to slide it in. But it is entirely extra anyway. -FedEx sucks hard; The package was delayed for ‘bad weather’ in a notorious package choke point where ‘bad weather’ is code for ‘not enough employees’. Again, not the fault of the blade or KoA.
