They have flexible construction allowing them to create a smooth sanding pattern on angled surfaces and edges while minimising the risk of pressure marks. The 900TC 150mm sanding discs with its 6mm foam backing prevent the abrasive from cutting through the paint, clear coat or lacquer, for example when sanding sharp or rounded edges, and it also works to prolong the life of the abrasive. Fine Finishing sanding discs are perfect for sanding and processing, with various and versatile application possibilities on surfaces such as new and old lacquers, plastics, primers and fillers. It is especially well suited for manufacturing and refinishing stages in the marine and automotive sectors, like sanding plastic parts such as vehicle bumpers and spoilers, as well as sanding composite materials. The flexible weave also allows water and air to pass freely, making it suitable for both dry and wet sanding, by machine or by hand.   Advantages: Highly flexible, enabling optimal adjustment to the contour.
