Valiant Armoury Craftsman Series – The Glamdring Leaf Blade Long Sword with Scabbard

Unlike the vast majority of Glamdring swords on the market, this one is not only fully functional, but is a masterly crafted sword that is beautifully balanced, tightly constructed and with a sharp blade that is capable of powerful cuts that easily slice through a target with minimized drag and resistance. Made entirely in the USA, the sword is part of Valiant Armoury’s Craftsman Series by Sonny and Zach Suttles. This premium-tier sword has a well-tempered blade of 6150 high carbon steel with a final 52 HRc hardness. The guard and pommel are of tough steel and the wooden grip is expertly bound in tight and high quality leather. The blade was mounted into the hilt with a hot-peen construction for a powerful and strong permanent connection. The sword is made into a complete heirloom package with a fine scabbard, suspension and sword belt. The scabbard is wood which is bound in quality leatherwork. The chape is of steel and the suspension buckles are antiqued metal with steel tongues; these are knotted onto the scabbard with bands of leather to affix them into position. The thick sword belt is of premium quality leather with matching fittings. The two included sword hangers fit the belt to the scabbard buckles and also adjust its angle and height of the scabbard as needed.
