Flap wheels are ideal for shadow-free matting, finishing, cleaning & polishing applications of pre-ground sheets, cleaning of oxide layers and removal of discolouration. Non-woven spindle-mounted flap wheels can be used on a wide variety of materials including stainless steel, mild steel, alloy steel, aluminium & other non-ferrous metals. Extra soft abrasive fleece for optimum adaptation to the workpiece contours. Made of multiple non-woven material lamella which are positioned around the axis of the tool in a fan shape. Longer service life thanks to increased material density and precise machining. Creates a smooth, matte finish. Suitable for cast iron, grey cast iron, zinc injection moulding, forged steels, C-steel, deep-drawn steel, stainless steels, non-ferrous metals, and wood.
