This elegantly styled Leaf-Bladed Longsword is handcrafted by Baltimore Knife & Sword and is optimized for stage and sport combat use with resilient and shock-absorbing tempered steel and blunt, rebated edges built to withstand repetitive edge-on-edge contact with other blunted weapons. The sword has a blade of medium carbon alloy steel imbued with a finished hardness of 48-50 HRC after tempering. The guard and pommel are crafted from steel and the sword is assembled with a threaded pommel reinforced at both the guard and pommel with welding for an altogether robust and tough construction.
