I have done waist training with traditional corsets for the last few years, and I really love the slim and defined waist they have given me, but I dislike how restrictive corsets are when I wear them. I found the size chart provided by the seller to be accurate. I have a 27″ waist, so I ordered the medium and it fit perfectly. The corset provides me with a good amount of compression, and gives me a nicely defined waist, but without all of the discomfort of a traditional corset. It is very flexible and comfortable to wear. This waist trainer uses nine spiral felixboning supports, and it is closed with hook-eyes. The hook-eyes can be a bit tedious at first, but once I got the hang of them, I could hook and unhook them all quite fast. This waist trainer is great to use during even my most intense workouts. It does not restrict my mobility at all, and it increases my thermal activity and mobilizes my fat cells. If you are looking for hardcore waist training, get a traditional corset, but if you want something that provides you with moderate compression, makes your waist look smaller, and feels quite comfortable to wear, I definitely suggest ordering one of these
