Preparation:Ensure surfaces are clean and dry. Roughen smooth areas with sandpaper for best adhesion. Work in a ventilated space. 2. Dispense & Mix:Snap off the sealing cap, push the plunger to remove air, then dispense equal amounts of resin and hardener onto a disposable surface. Mix for at least 20 seconds until uniform. 3. Apply:Apply mixture within 5 minutes. Remove excess epoxy immediately. 4. Grip & Cure:Clamp surfaces for 30 minutes. Full cure in 24 hours.  Troubleshooting – If Epoxy Doesn’t Set Uneven mixing of resin and hardener is the most common cause. Make sure both components flow evenly by holding the syringe tip upward and pushing the plunger slowly until both materials reach the tip.  Important Notes Works well on many plastics (roughen first). Not recommended for PVC pipe, polyethylene (PE), polypropylene (PP), or rubber with high oil/plasticiser content.
