The product can be sprayed on any frozen surface, such as ice cream, mousse, etc. For optimal results, it is recommended to store the spray at room temperature (20/25°C) and shake the can before use. From a distance of 15/30 cm, spray a thin, even layer at regular intervals. Rotate the dessert during spraying to facilitate even application. Clean the nozzle with hot water immediately after use.
